Programatically adding Link Button into web form via c#

Hi all, I seem to be experiencing some problems when i am programatically adding a link button to a panel as it does not seem to be clickable.


The expected result of this would be when the user clicks this link button, it will display another panel with an image in it via the AJAX popupextender. Thanks alot in advanced. (:
