would isa 2006 run on sql 2008 R2 (full version not express)?

hello all,
we currently running ISA 2006 server on sql 2000 or 2005 express.  We want to move those databases to full sql database server.  If we move it to sql 2008 R2 would that work?  or there are incompatibility issues?
