Need a control like drop down

 Hi
the requirement is like this
if i have 10 values in a data base

the first value is displayed and nearby that a "+"  symbol should be displayed
if i click on "+" it should display the other remaining 9 values
it should work like a drop down but not exactly as a drop down'
is there any built in control in asp.net or Ajax control Tool kit control
i dont want to use  any third party tool
