DropDownList Values

Good Day.

I have populated a DropDownList from a SQL database using a View. I am able to access the first two values but how do I access the third? ex:

The datasource for the DDL has NTLogin, FullName and Department. I have the DDL DataTextField set to FullName and the DataValueField set to NTLogin. Which works fine. DDL displays FullName but the actual value is the NTLogin. How do I access the Department value?
