Bind Year to dropdown

 Hi friends
i had two dropdowns .
For first dropdown:
For the first dropdown i need to bind the year from 1900 to present year.(1900 to 2009)
For second dropdoen:
For second dropdown i need to bind the year from 1900 to (preaent year  + 4 year )i,e (1900 to 2013)

 Please help me to do this.
