LoggedIn Event

Hi Guys ,

I need help with this problem i have been working on this for days and stil cant figure it out

I have a website that has a login page with asp login control , that works 100%

but once user login im required to record userId , session Id etc...

 so i addedd the below code to my loggedIn Event

but i get a error saying objext is not refrence to instace or something like that but what i do know is its means Null

the error is kicked out on "comm.Parameters.Add("@UserId", Data.SqlDbType.UniqueIdentifier, 50).Value = Membership.GetUser().ProviderUserKey"

im not sure if the userId would be available on loggedIn Event , does anyone know on wich other events i can insert this code that would be able to access the userId and record it
