I am a newbie in .net development. I just started coding in vs2008 few months ago and still very illiterate in .net technology. Last night I was browsing thru the web and came across this asp.net product award article http://www.aspnetpro.com/newsletterarticle/2007/06/asp200706dr_l/asp200706dr_l.asp.
I have no idea about most of the products mentioned here. I went to the Dxexperience site and a bit confused. I am guessing they sell code for reusable common functions. is that right?
How helpful are these?
I am trying to build an e-commerce site with product customization. So, lets say its kinda like a simple product customization store like cafepress.com but much much simpler where you see products and customize them a little like changing colors, sizes etc.
Would things like dxexperience be helpful?
p.s. cost is not an problem because I would rather build site myself by buying expensive codes than buying expensive coders. That way I would learn a little bit ...
