I am new at this. I just found out that when I turn on roll manager and create a roll using Visual Studio it creates an instance of a sql database here on my local machine. That's ok but what am I supposed to do when I try to get my files uploaded to the server? Visual Studio doesn't allow me to manage the website on the server. Is it because I don't have file permissions on the web server?
