Problems processing multiline text box control

Hello all,

I am having a bit of a weird issue that I can't seem to work out. I have a web page with a multiline textbox control, 2 single line textbox controls, and 2 buttons. A user would insert a list of ticket numbers into the multiline text box and then click on the first button called "Calculate" That runs and inserts the total number of lines into the first textbox and a value into the second textbox which is 20% of the total. That portion of the code is working but I want to paste the code as it is all connected.
