I am having a website where when user login into the website by entering his\her UserName and Password. I am displaying a welcome Message to the user like below:
GOOD MORNING User
As above i am displaying the greeting message (Good Morning) on the basis of time at that time when userr logged in. I am using 24 O Clock system to check the time
If the time is between
1-12 then Good Morning
12-17 then Good Afternoon
17-24 then Good Evening
For this i am using Date.Now with this i am getting the time like below
dim i as integer = format(Date.Now) ,"HH")
but the problem is my webserver is located in USA and if any person is accesing the website then its displaying the WRONG message to the user.
Suppose a user logs in in the website from india in the morining as my webserver located in usa then its getting the time of the server and displaying GoodEvening to ...
