I am learning to build a CRM application. But I dont know where to start from. Can someone guide me about the development procedure? like what base classes should be there? How the interaction will be there between these classes. I am really new to these types of applications. Please provide me knowledge regarding that. if you can provide me a link to crm development or refer me a book regarding the crm development then that would be great.
