I don't have an aspnetdb anywhere to store user names/password for a sample project I am working on. When I go to the asp.net website administration tool and add users/passwords, they are being persisted. Where are these values being persisted? I am guessing some file - binary perhaps? Is it possible to read these values from code? Like if it is a binary file -- is there some C# code I could use to decrypt these values from the file?
