Authorize roles in ASP.net ,only for textbox

I quick question regarding the authorizing the roles/Implementing the security , i have a text box with Date,Month and Year and only authorized person like for instance only Company Manager can change the date . How can we acheive that  in  ASP.Net VB ? Thanks in advance
