Getting folder name

I would like to get the folder names which is located in a particular folder (In the same place where the web application is located)

For Example:

There are sub folders (CCNA, JAVA, MSCSE) under a folder called "Books". Now I would like my web application to dynamically list out the sub folder's names and show them on a listbox like

1. CCNA
2. JAVA
3. MSCSE

Is this possible if so how?
