I'm in the process of building a web form that will allow our users to access some automated scriping options such as mapping a network drive or adding a printer. Problem i'm having is in the standard debug enviroment i can execute the scripts on a button click by doing a process.start, however i can't do this if i'm debugging though iis. I've tried both iis 6 and iis 7 but i've had no luck. Is this even possible with security? The page would be internal and nothing secure is being transmitted through this specific web server. If it can't work in relation to security, what would be an alternative method to this?
