Regrading radio button,list box..........

i have 2 radio buttons: List1,List2

1 test box: to enter a name
1 button : submit
2 list box : List1 ,List2


if i select a radio button(List1) and enter a name in text box and click on  button it has to save the value on the List1 and if radio button(List2) the in List2
and i have 4buttons : >,<,>>,<< if i click on th button(>) then the value from list1 should go to list2 and if i click on button(<) value from list2 to list1......
if i click on buttton(<<) them the mulitple selections on list1 should got o list2 and viceverse..........
