I have been struggling with reading url parameters from a cgi script. Ihave an order page called myorders.aspx that users enter some information. When finished they click on "order now" button and it takes them to a 3rd party merchant for gateway processing. The users enter their credit card information and the 3rd party handles all the details there. Once they are finished processing, the 3rd party returns to a confirmation page if successful or a failure page if unsuccessful. The Administrative setup page of the 3rd party says they will return a code and some fields that I can use such as confirmation number, order number, date and time of order, etc.
The problem is I can't or don't know how to read them. Within their setup an option box is supposed to be checked that states "URL is a cgi script". I contacted the 3rd party to inquire more about this and they said "all we do is return to the page you setup (orderfailure.aspx) and ad ...
