Regex - Allow exclamation and other characters in e-mail address

 I am using the Regex Validator control for an e-mail address input box.  But I am having a problem allowing users to input various characters.
 I would like them to be able to input:
 !.-"'_ and all alphanumeric characters
 i.e. Exclamation, period, hyphen, single quote, double quote and underscore, A-Z and 0-9.
