SearchPage - Form

I am creating a SearchPage. But I have som problems with it.

I have a SearchWordTextBox(Text you want to search after), And I have a button. At the end of the page I have also a GoToPageTextbox(Enter pagenbr you want to go) and a  Button.

Simple strukture

Result -posts
GoToPageTextbox and Button

The whole page is incapsulated with the forms-tag. I was trying to incapsulate only the searchtextbox and searchbutton, But it gave error on the  GoToPageTextbox and GoToPageButton.

On the Form-tag I was using the method="get".  But when I was trying to display the results on the page by pressing the button "The page couldn't bee displayed", first time the page opend it worked, when pressing the searchbutton it could not display the page. WHY??
