Request.QueryString[] best practice

Hi,

In web user controls, which is best to pass values?

Option 1. Request.QueryString[] in user controls Page_Load()

                                put it into hidden or text boxes or label for form posting.

Option 2. The base page of the user controls will get the query string value and pass it to user controls via public property of user controls.

Option 3. keep using Request.QueryString[] can be used whenever & wherever it is required
