Image Upload Problem...How to Rollback??

 Hello Friends,
 Am developing a web application in which the users enter the image details and upload the images to submit folder and the image details to the database.
If some problem occur while submitting sometimes the image will get copied to SUBMIT folder but the database will not get updated and some times the database will be updated but the image will not be copied to SUBMIT folder.
 
In SQL i can do ROLLBACK using SQL Transaction.What abt images??? Can someone explain with sample Code
