Submit button with reject event

Hi there....

I have a submit button, when click, it will prompt a message box, then users can click "OK" to proceed or "Cancel" to remain at current page.

As now, if OK or Cancel were clicked, the form will be submitted, how can I disable the submission on Cancel event?
