I need a suggestion for my situation that i am facing in my project. In my application we have four different roles and those roles are not stored in the database yet. Instead of that We have different tables for different roles like Manager table, User Table and Guest and Administrator table. But now I would like to combine these tables into one single table. But the problem is Different table has different information including basic details such as email, fname, lname and password. And same email may be presented in 2 or 3 tables depends upon their roles. Crrently we are indentifying these roles only logically via code like checking all tables if email presented in 2 different tables then he has multi roles,
So now all my doubt is instead of making those tabled into single as we have more information for specific roles can i maintain as the tables in same way? Still now we dont have anything common for these user table, But now we have to inser ...
