Dynamically apply css to LISTITEMS in CHECKBOXLIST

Hi All ,
           I have a situation where i have to dynamically apply different CSS class to each listitem. in a checkboxlist
i am binding the checkboxlist dynamically
i.e listControl.DataSource = datatable;
listControl.DataTextField = DataFields.description;
listControl.DataValueField = DataFields.fieldid;


my aspx page contains the following code
<asp:CheckBoxList ID="listControl" runat="server"/>
