header problem

my pages don't appear when loaded into the server.
when I use the line?
<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeBehind="main.aspx.cs" Inherits="WebProg1.main" %> ???but ?W??hen I use the line
<%@ Page Language="C#" %> they appear
they work correctly in my computer but not in the remote host
