I am using VS 2008 with C# to develop my application. In my application I am using reflection to load assemblies. I have an application that have a dropdown box to select few options and depend on the selected option a specific assembly gets loaded using assembly.loadfrom().
There are two options in the dropdown box and say when I select option 1 assembly1.dll gets loaded and when I select Option2 assembly2.dll gets loaded.
Both the assemblies are same assemblies with different name and different location. Now when I select option 1 assembly1 gets loaded and then again when I select option 2 assembly2 gets loaded but when I try to invoke any method I am getting an exception
Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
InnerException: "A procedure imported by {dll details} could not be loaded."
How could I resolve this issue? Is there any option to reload the assembly?
