Subversion is used as source control repository.
Number of projects (mostly class library and WCF Service type) contains various DLLs. when ever a particular project imported from Subversion all the DLLs in references shows exclamation mark demanding to Delete existing reference and add the DLLs.
Your insight is appreciated in elaborating the reason behind this behavior.
