Code problem with Button repeating several times OnLoad

This is a particular section of my code where if the HTS text box is not filled on load then the message box "No Data" comes up. The message does come up but the problem is once I click OK to clear the message it comes back 5 times before clear. Can any help me with what I am doing wrong.
