How do I make the scrolls position where the required field is on sumbit with JS in ASP.NET ?

Hello,
 
I am stuck on the following issue:
 

I have a registration form with first name, last name, email as a table. At the bottom of the page there is a submit button. If the user enters fields that are on top of the page and leaves blank the rest, I would like the page to scroll to the position where the required field is. Right now the page goes automatically to the top of the page.
