Appending Html.Table object to a StringBuilder

Hi,

I am attempting to dynamically create a Table object, append it to a StringBuilder, and ultimately add it to the body of a MailMessage object.  I have no problem creating the Table, I just cant figure out how to convert it to a string.  Am I going about it with the wrong tools?  I really want to avoid using hard-coded strings.  Right now, when I convert the StringBuilder to a string, the table prints as 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.Table'.
