Cannot Reset or Change Password's.

So I started using the Starter Site using Web Matrix 2.0. Now The starter site originally worked just fine. So I hooked up the SMTP Settings, now nothing really works. I"m putting the users in a Table called Web_users (custom table different to the one that is default) but everything else is default. Roles etc. I managed to get an email.

I click on the link with the token and I"m greeted with this.

EDIT: I figured out the problem it's a problem with the default validation that the Site comes with. For some reason it's false. It also always remains false.
