linking chm files from asp.net to specific topic

i am using the following code to open my chm files from my asp.net pages :
<asp:HyperLink ID="HyperLink1" runat="server" NavigateUrl="readme.chm">ReadMe</asp:HyperLink> 
is there a way to modify the code above so that the chm file opens to a specific topic i define in the code each time ? for example if in the introduction page and the user downloads the chm file when it opens it should go to introduction topic. if in the registration page and the user downloads the chm file when it opens it should go to the registration topic.
any help will be greatly appreciated!
