Hi
Is the web.config file completely safe from been hacked.
I need to secure a directory within our website which will contain protected information.
Usernames and passwords will be held in the web.config that will protect this directory.
Storing this information in a database is not possible.
What safe guards should I be aware of.
Can users be put into roles in the web.config?
