Https Domain in IIS and webserver

Hi 
I want to impletement https domain in my application. so for that i enabled SSL from IIS in local.
but it giving error. and where i can install SSL Certificate and where i get it for local server IIS?
Please help .
Also please tell how i can configure SSL in web server?
and other question. how we can impleme https for perticular pages in asp.net?
