dayrender_event date...

Hi Experts,

Can someone please advise; i have a calendar conctrol on my web page that i wish to populate with events.

I've written all the code required to populate a dataset with all results between a date range - however the dataset isnt' being populated as my 'SELECT'
doesnt find any results. i.e

SELECT Date FROM table WHERE Date >= @firstDate AND Date < @lastDate";

First and last dates are simply the first day of the month and first day of next month.

Ive tracked down the problem to date formats but not sure how many?? and which conversion to use.

So.......

dates in SQL server 2005 db table are 23-10-08 00:00:00.000

dates provided by condition are in format 23/10/2008 as per calendar control ...
