System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied.

 I know there have a lots of posts regarding this issue but unfortunately none of the solutions porposed solves my issue.
I write a macro program in MS words which will upload the word document to the folder in the server through web service.
Below is the code where the web service uploades the document:
 
1 oFileStream = New System.IO.FileStream(sFilepath, System.IO.FileMode.Create)
2 outputWriter = New System.IO.BinaryWriter(oFileStream)
3 outputWriter.Write(byteData)
4 outputWriter.Close()
5 oFileStream.Close()
