what would I have to buy in order to build or modify a website with .net and has MS SQL database. I see .net is free and SQL is free with Microsoft Web Platform Installer 2.0 RC. So what to buy? Or it is really all free? Did it had a price before? Why is the training and developing cost a lot? Am I missing something? ...
