How to get Client IP

I have a web-ap by ASP.NET(with VB) I want to get client ip from client (the dynamic ip) Not UserHostName or UserHostIP or UserHostAddress . I want the dynamic ip true on Client...
Example:
          Client IP: 10.86.80.135
          Localhost: 127.0.0.1
          DNS server: 10.86.80.1
          When Client sign in my website, I want get ip "10.86.80.135".
