datetime control

In my project I want to bid for an item.
the auctioneers give the end date of the bidded item.
when i bid for an item at that time how many days are remaining i want to displayed.The start date will be fixed as given by the auctioneer.
the date will be displayed like this RemaingTime:4days 12hours 30minutes 4seconds
and every Second the time will be decreased.

start date:1nd jan

end date:6th jan

presentdate:2nd jan

now i want to display like this:

RemainingTime:4days 23 hours 30minutes

it will be decreased for next day like this

RemainingTime:3das 23Hours 30Minutes
