Drag and Drop data from one repeater to another

I have 2 repeaters. One repeater is a list of drivers. The other repeater is a list of dispatches with no drivers assigned. I want to drag a dispatch to a driver to assign the dispatch to the driver. How would I go about doing this. I am new to the AJAX Toolkit. I am using VS .NET 2008 and SQL Server for the data.
