Sending form data to email

HI i want to send the form data to the specific user 
like equiry form details to perticular user
i am using asp.net and vb.net i write following code but it will give me the error on
line no1 at Button1.Click 
error on line 1 is -Error 3 Handles clause requires a WithEvents variable defined in the containing type or one of its base types.
error on line 2 is -Error 4 'MailMessage' is ambiguous, imported from the namespaces or types 'System.Web.Mail, System.Net.Mail'.
