Dynamically add controls

 Hi All,
I'm adding a dropdown control "MyDropdown" to Cell[0] in every Row  in Table "ShiftTable"
The code is 

while (DR.Read()) //DataReader
{

ShiftTable.Rows.Add(tRow);
