My webhost as bought a new server. On that server they have Medium Trust with asp.net 2,0.
Everytime I buy a new webhotel I have problems using odbc-connection.
When I write to support they fix the problem, but now I found out that they change my web.config with this line:
<trust level="Full" />
I read on microsofts homepage that it is possible to run odbc with medium trust using asp.net 2,0.
I am not shure it is save to run web.config with the line <trust level="Full" />
Is there anything else I can write in the web.config file to make it more safe?
I dont think it is possible to change the mind of the webhotel and they have very good applications and good service.
