How to create run time variable

I have declared a List string as mentioned below
List<string> Roles = new List<string>();
Then I am populating variable in this list string  using following for-each loop
foreach (string choice in RoleFieldChoices.Choices)
        {
            Roles.Add(Convert.ToString(choice)); //Manager, Supervisor, User
        }
It is working fine. Now I want to create dynamic integer variable for each role in this loop. Which I will user later for totaling item count in other logic.
Is this possible to create a runtime dynamic variable or please advise any other way?
