I need to implement validation similar to the file in the following link:

What you can see in the image is a textbox that requires a value but has none. If a value were typed, only the textbox should be seen and the whole pink/red block should disapear.
I'm currently using RequiredFieldValidator, etc. But I can't find the way to cover the textbox with de validator.
Could somebody help me out with this issue?
