How can configure Multiple application by a single IP address

Hai,

I have purchased the server with windows server 2008...And i have installed  2 web applications Under the IIS web server-sites...I can access only one application at the time  by using server IP address from the outside of the server.
I cant run the both apllication at a time..In that i need to stop the one application and then only i can run the another one application...

I need to run both application simultaeneously
How can i configure Multiple application by a single IP address.....
