IIS worker processes holding onto database connections and hence the licences

Hello Everyone,
I need some help with IIS worker processes w3wp.exe
I will start by giving some basic information.  I have a simple .Net Web Application which runs Crystal Reports.
I use Intersystems CACHE as a backend database to store my data.
My Web Application is hosted under IIS 6.0
In my Web Application I have a simple web page where I simply load a crystal report, provides connection details to it and exports it to disk and then report.close and report.dispose.
Now the issue is that everytime I run this web page a new w3wp.exe process starts, it connects to my CACHE database and loads data into Crystal Report but when I do report.close and report.dispose, this w3wp.exe process doesn't go away..  it just hangs around and holds onto the database connection and thus keeps holding the database Licences.
