Get Value and name from dynamicaly created Property Class

Hi All,
 i got this code for dynamicaly creating properties and get set values from this , but i did'nt get the values from this functions.
what i need means,create properties class with properties dynamicaly and pass values its properties and get value from another class.

   public class Record
    {
        Dictionary<string, object> properties = new Dictionary<string, object>();
        public object this[string name]
        {
            get
            {
                if (properties.ContainsKey(name))
              ...
