a aspx page that does not need any code

 Hi All.
I have a aspx page that does not have any server side code.  It does however need a master page. Can i take the backend file i.e the .vb file out ? or what? I was also thinking that since the actual page does not use any server side code, can i use a html file for that particular one? What's the best way?
