Regular expression validation

I have a regular expression validator which validates the date of birth
(0[1-9]|1[012])[- /.](0[1-9]|[12][0-9]|3[01])[- /.](19|20)\d\d
 

I want it to validate date of birth until today only i.e. anything starting from 1800 till today is the only date that this regular expression can validate ?how can I do that using regular expression?
